Since July 2020, we are slowly including the first concert dates in the church of St. Martin in the wall, and at the end of the month in the basilica of St. George as well. Ballet performances at the Hybernia Theater will begin in September when the theater will be open. Thank you to everyone who kept our tickets for the canceled performances and we ask you to choose from the new dates, which are included here on the website. All dates are current. Please email us your old order ID or tickets and we will make new reservation for you. It is also possible to change the performance from, for example, The Nutcracker to Swan Lake. This is valid for clients which bought tickets online here only. We greet everyone to whom we returned the money for the canceled performances. Due to the declaration of a state of emergency in the Czech Republic and the development of a pandemic in Europe, the State Security Council decided to take extraordinary measures. With effect from 12 March, theater, music, film and art performances, sports and religious events are prohibited. We all understand that we are in a situation that we cannot influence and we are sorry that we cannot welcome you in our theater at the moment.
We canceled all our performances until further notice in the Hybernia Theater, the ballet performances Swan Lake and The Nutcracker, in the Basilica of St. George at Prague Castle and in Martin in the wall in the old town concerts of classical music. Your tickets remain valid and you can book them for another date, or we will refund your entrance fee if you have purchased your tickets online on our website www.pragueclassicconcerts.cz, or at our box office in the Hybernia Theater. In this case, we will need your name, tickets, order or ticket ID number and method of payment - payment card / bank transfer. We will refund the entrance fee by transfer to your account. We will need your account number from you. To book your tickets for another date, we will only need the ID number of your tickets or the order, it is best to attach the tickets to an email attachment.
If you have purchased tickets from our partners such as Ticketmaster, TicketArt, ViaMusica, GoOut, etc. and want to book tickets for another date, please email us copies of your tickets. You can choose a new date here on the website. For a refund, contact our partners from whom you purchased tickets.
