If you have purchased tickets for our performances and are unable to attend due to Covid 19 illness or have been quarantined, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least one day prior to the concert/performance date. We will reschedule your tickets for another date. Please include copies of your tickets in the email. We will not consider requests after the performance date. 
 
 

Dear friends of culture,
if you wish to attend our performances, you will need to show proof of infection-free status at ticket control. The quickest way to check your infection-free status at the theatre entrance is to use the TEČKA app which will download all your vaccination certificates, COVID.

Rules and recommendations
Concerts may take place. A maximum of 1,000 people may attend.

At concerts where more than 20 people are present, all spectators over the age of 12 must show proof of one of the following entry requirements:

laboratory-confirmed covid-19 disease within 180 days prior to the date of the concert,
the administration of a covid-19 vaccination, with at least 14 days having elapsed since the last dose of the vaccine (second for two-dose vaccines, first for single-dose vaccines).
In children under 18 years of age, persons with a contraindication to vaccination and persons who have been vaccinated, an RT-PCR test no more than 72 hours old may also be used for proof.

The above rules do not apply to concerts attended exclusively by pupils or students from one school and their chaperones, or where such a school group uses a designated area and does not come into contact with other persons attending the concert.

In addition, all attendees must wear a respirator without an exhalation valve of at least FFP2 class (KN95 / N95) at all times.

Please also note that clients who do not meet the conditions will not be entitled to a refund of the entrance fee. Ticket money is refundable only in the event of a cancelled performance.

 

 
When we will cancel /or we must cancel due to government Covid 19 regulations / our performances due COVID19 in the Hybernia Theater, the ballet performances Swan Lake and The Nutcracker and concerts of classical music in church Martin in the wall in the old town. Your tickets remain valid and you can book them for another date, or we will refund your entrance fee if you have purchased your tickets online on our website www.pragueclassicconcerts.cz, or at our box office in the Hybernia Theater. In this case, we will need your name, tickets, order or ticket ID number and method of payment - payment card / bank transfer. We will refund the entrance fee by transfer to your account. We will need your account number from you. To book your tickets for another date, we will only need the ID number of your tickets or the order, it is best to attach the tickets to an email attachment. If you have purchased tickets from our partners such as Ticketmaster, TicketArt, ViaMusica, GoOut, etc. and want to book tickets for another date, please email us copies of your tickets. You can choose a new date here on the website. For a refund, contact our partners from whom you purchased tickets.

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your interest in our ballet performances at the Broadway Theatre and classical music concerts in St. George's Basilica at Prague Castle and in the Church of St. Martin in the Wall in the Old Town of Prague. Please, find bellow a brief guide on how to BOOK TICKETS or use the DISCOUNT VOUCHER for your ticket reservation.

When you go on our website pragueclassicconcerts.cz and click on the “Events” item in the top menu, you will see all performances which we organize. Select the desired month of the performance using the timeline above. You can also select a show using the “Place” item in the top menu and the date from-to in the bottom red menu. Below the main menu, you shall find a tab bar with all the performances on offer in the next 30 days. After selecting the performance, a show plan will be displayed where you can book your seats and buy tickets. Ticket reservation and purchase is limited to 10 minutes of hold-time. If you do not complete your reservation/purchase of the ticket within the hold-time, the booked seats will automatically become available. As part of booking/ buying tickets, you will create your account where you will always have your tickets at hand, and at the same time, they will be sent to your Email immediately. It is necessary to enter your name and surname, email, or telephone. /information regarding the protection of personal data stored with u can be found in Article J of the Terms & Conditions / We need this information in order to send you the tickets and contact you in case of changes made to the performance for which you have already purchased tickets. If you apply a senior, junior or student discount, the entitlement to use the discount can be verified at the entrance.

BROADWAY THEATRE

To make a reservation, select and click on the seats. Price categories differ in colour. The grey and dark grey seats are already booked. In the VIP category - purple and category A - blue, all seats are numbered, and reservations are made for a specific seat and row. Category B-red and category C-green are open categories. You will select your seat upon arrival in the hall as there are no reservations made for a specific seat and row in these sections. Once you click on a selected seat, it will turn orange and will be placed in the basket on the right. You can cancel your choice of seats in the basket on the right by clicking on the basket symbol. DISCOUNT SELECTION - after choosing your seats and placing them into the basket, you can use a discount for juniors, students and seniors. To select a discount, click on the DISCOUNT button on the right in the BASKET. The DISCOUNT button is displayed for each selected ticket. After clicking, you will select the required discount from the list, and it will be reflected in the recapitulation and total price in the BASKET. DISCOUNT VOUCHER – APPLICATION - if you have a discount voucher, you can apply a discount. You can apply a DISCOUNT VOUCHER for category VIP, and A- category with a seat reservation only with the seats marked with a lock. When clicking on such a seat, a window opens to enter the code found on the discount voucher. Enter your code to unlock and book the seat. The seat will be placed into the basket on the right. DISCOUNT VOUCHER for category B, C - without the seat reservation, can be applied to all seats within the hall plan in the category for which you have the discount voucher. A second click on the seat opens the window for entering your voucher code and by entering your code, you will unlock and book the seat. An alternative manner: Click to select the seats which will move into the basket on the right. Click on the DISCOUNT button and a window to enter your voucher code will appear. By entering the voucher code, the seat will unlock, and the discount voucher shall be reflected in the total discount. Further, you follow the same procedure as when booking or purchasing standard tickets. BOOKING COMPLETION, ORDERS AND APPLYING A DISCOUNT By clicking on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button, a basket window will appear with an overview of the selected tickets. After clicking the PAY button to confirm, please, fill in your login data if you have an account with us, or register. After signing up, select your form of payment and complete your order. Your tickets will be sent to you by Email or you can always find them in your account after you log in.

Available categories A and B in the Church of St. Martin in the Wall are open, you can choose your seat in the appropriate category upon your arrival. Seats and rows are not marked with numbers. INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUYING A GIFT VOUCHER
 
On our website you will find a new feature called GIFT VOUCHER. 
 
You can purchase a gift voucher worth 500,- CZK, 1000,- CZK or 2000,- CZK. The voucher is applied in full without the possibility of refunding the remaining money, so it is a good idea to choose the amount of the voucher according to the price of the selected concert or ballet performance.
 
From the pre-made templates, you can customize the voucher according to the occasion you want to give the voucher for or according to your taste.
 
After selecting the price and voucher template, the voucher will appear in a quick preview. You can further personalize the voucher by adding text. In total, you can write up to 400 characters which will give you plenty of space for your message to the recipient.
 
Once you're happy with the look of your gift, use the Create button found below the quick voucher preview. Your voucher will be placed in the basket. You can also create additional vouchers or purchase tickets for specific concerts or performances from our agency's offerings.
 
Once you have completed your purchase, you will go to the shopping cart to check your order and confirm it with the Checkout button.
You will then be redirected to Registration. Here you must register with our system. If this is not your first time on our site and you have registered in the past, you only need to log in.

You can also find us at the Broadway Theatre, main entrance from Na Porici street 31/988, Prague 1, main entrance ticket office on the left. Working hours always 2 days before the performance from 10.00 to 18.00 and on the day of the performance from 10.00hrs until the start of the performance. Here you can pick up or order tickets.
